What it is

A drawer component for React, v1, also by Emil Kowalski, built on Radix Dialog. It gives the iOS-style bottom sheet with drag-to-dismiss, snap points, background scaling and correct focus trapping. shadcn's Drawer component is Vaul.

Why it earns a slot

Modals feel wrong on phones and a bottom sheet is the native-feeling answer. Drag physics, snap points and mobile scroll-locking are genuinely hard to get right by hand.

Know before you commit

Mobile-first by design — on desktop a normal Dialog is usually better. Nested drawers and inner scroll areas still need care.
