Terms of service

By using kbaise.com, its public endpoints or its agent interface, you agree to these terms. If you use Kbaise on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may accept them for that organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Kbaise is an independent, community-maintained directory of tools, guides and model intelligence for people building with Lovable. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Lovable or by any vendor listed in the directory. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those products.

Access is free. There is no pricing, no paywall and no affiliate compensation behind rankings. We may add, change or retire features at any time.

• You need a confirmed email address to contribute. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account. Do not impersonate anyone or claim a display name in order to pass as someone else.
• We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or the site policies.

You can stop using Kbaise at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the privacy notice.

Community notes, tool submissions, public stacks and public profile content are yours. By posting them publicly on Kbaise you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reformat and distribute that content as part of the directory, including through the public API and agent endpoints.

• Only post content you have the right to post.
• Write from experience. Do not post paid placements, undisclosed affiliate links or promotional filler.
• We may edit for clarity, merge duplicates, or remove anything that breaks the site policies.

Do not:

• Break, probe or overload the site, its database or its endpoints, or bypass rate limits and moderation.
• Submit spam, malware links, or tools you have a hidden commercial interest in without saying so.
• Harass other builders, post unlawful content, or scrape private areas of the site.
• Use Kbaise content to build a competing directory that passes community contributions off as its own.

The public JSON endpoints, RSS feeds, llms.txt and the MCP server are open and keyless so your project and your agent can read the directory directly. Use them at a reasonable request rate, cache responses where you can, and credit Kbaise when you republish. We may rate-limit or block traffic that degrades the service for everyone.

Kbaise describes software we do not control. Pricing, limits, availability and terms of any listed tool are set by its vendor and can change without notice. Following an outbound link puts you under that vendor's terms and privacy policy, not ours. Always verify pricing and licensing on the vendor's own site before committing.

Parts of the directory are drafted or refreshed by an automated editorial pipeline and reviewed against the vendor's own pages; freshness stamps show when an entry was last checked. Even so, content is provided for guidance, not as professional, legal or security advice, and it can be wrong or out of date. Use your own judgement before putting a tool into production.

Kbaise is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any listing is accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kbaise and the people who run it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from your use of the site or of any tool you found through it. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability is limited to USD 100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow these limits — in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken or if we need to protect the site or its community. You may delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive — contribution licensing, warranty, liability — continue to apply after termination.

We update these terms as the site changes and revise the date at the top. Continuing to use Kbaise after an update means you accept the revised terms.
