Share a project with internal or external collaborators

   Open your project and click the 'Share' button in the top bar.

   This is the central place to manage all sharing options for your project.

   To invite specific people to edit or view your project, use the 'Invite people' section, enter their email addresses, choose their access level (Admin, Editor, or Viewer), and click 'Invite'.

   This gives direct access to individuals or groups who need to work on or closely monitor your project within the Lovable editor.

   To create a link that lets anyone who clicks it become a project collaborator, find the 'Invite link' section, choose 'Edit access' or 'View access', and click 'Copy invite link'.

   This is useful for quickly onboarding teammates or sharing access in a chat, as people automatically join your project with the chosen role.

   To create a view-only link for reviews, click 'Share preview', then 'Create new preview link', give it a name, decide if you want to 'Allow comments' (and optionally add a password or set an expiration on paid plans), and click 'Create preview link'.

   This allows others to see your app's progress and give feedback without needing a Lovable account or getting access to your project's editing tools.

I need to share my project. I want to invite my teammate Jane Doe (jane.doe@example.com) to edit the project, and I also need a view-only link for a client review that allows comments. Can you help me set this up?

Collaborator

Someone you've invited to work on your project with you. They can either edit your project or just view it, depending on the access level you give them.

Workspace

Your personal or team area in Lovable where all your projects are stored. It's like a digital office for your apps.

SSO enforcement

A security setting, usually for larger organizations, that requires users to log in through their company's system. If this is on, some sharing options might only work for people from your company's approved email domains.

Remix

To make a copy of someone else's project so you can use it as a starting point for your own work without changing their original.

• Invite links expire after 5 days, so you'll need to create a new one if it stops working.
• Changing an invite link's access level creates a new link and invalidates the old one, so remember to share the new link.
• If you lose the password for a shared preview link, you can't retrieve it; you'll need to create a new link and delete the old one.
• Deleting a shared preview link is permanent and stops it from working for everyone, though it might take a minute to fully apply.
• Shared preview links are view-only and do not give access to the Lovable editor, chat, or source code; use collaborator invites for editing access.
